Meet the Team
Al LePan, CIP
Al started in the insurance industry in 1963 as an insurance underwriter, and worked his way up to general manager of an insurance company. In 1975 Al attained his CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional) designation. Finally, in 1978 Al became a broker/owner when he purchased Grandin Agencies.
Vince LePan, CIP
Vince’s insurance career started in 1982 as an adjuster with an insurance company that handled claims such as home/auto and small injury. In 1989, Vince joined the family business. It was also at this time that he began his post-secondary education.
In 1995, Vince attained his CAIB designation (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker). From there, he began working on his associateship and in 1999, Vince achieved his CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional).
He finds the business both interesting and rewarding.
Staci Webber
Staci joined the family business in 1998. In addition to her position as a licensed insurance broker, Staci also contributes to the accounting and office management duties. Staci and her family have made St. Albert their home.
Diana LePan
Diana joined the family business in 1992 after retiring from a career outside the insurance industry. Although Diana initially worked part-time as a broker, she now works full-time and looks after the accounting and office management duties.
Leanne Erdmann
Leanne joined Grandin as a receptionist in early 2022. She previously worked downtown for an engineering firm. Some of Leanne’s favourite things are fashion and gardening.
Glenda Powell
Glenda joined Grandin Agencies in September of 2016. She came to us with 17 years of experience in both personal and commercial lines. In her spare time, you can find her spending time with her family and daughters, baking, and gardening.
Heidi Logan
Heidi joined our team in May of 2016. She has lived in St. Albert for almost 20 years and raised her family here. Heidi comes to us from a customer-focused background with experience in HR. She loves working in a small brokerage where she can develop great relationships with her clients. In her down time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and dog.
